Steve graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. After graduation he joined Hall Engineering, a civil engineering firm in Greenville, to design and engineer notable commercial sites and centers throughout the Southeast.
Steve served as the 2022 President of the Home Builders Association of Greenville.
PARTNER, CUSTOM HOME BUILDER
In 2002, James founded Speer Homes, a highly sought-after custom home building and remodeling company in Orlando, Florida. In 2012, James and his wife Barbra decided they wanted to make Greenville home for their family and joined the Carsons in creating CarsonSpeer.
During his tenure at Speer Homes, James developed a philosophy of limiting the number of homes he would build each year. In this way, he could devote personal attention to every project. It’s a philosophy James and Steve share today.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
A graduate of Furman University, Erin loves calling Greenville home. Her experience in new home construction paired with her knowledge of the real estate market gives her a unique perspective that allows her to support our builders and clients as we move through the construction process together.
