Modern Farmhouse

Traditional and Modern Meets Warm and Welcoming in a One-of-a-Kind Retreat
Nestled on 150 acres, this 4,226-square-foot custom home—with 7,423 square feet under roof—was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the heart of modern farmhouse architecture. Designed for livability and longevity, it offers comfort, functionality, and timeless appeal in every corner.

From the outside, cedar accents, PVC beams, and Hardie trim create a rustic yet refined exterior. Inside, Northern White Oak floors ground the open-concept layout, connecting the home’s gathering spaces with warmth and flow. A Pinterest-inspired stair railing and a central butler’s pantry add personal touches that elevate both form and function.

Modern Farmhouse Architecture with Heart and Ease

This home exemplifies modern farmhouse architecture at its best—where traditional charm meets modern innovation. Spray foam insulation and a sealed crawl space provide year-round comfort and efficiency. Carrara quartz countertops in the kitchen deliver the beauty of marble without the upkeep, while Carrara marble in the master bath adds an element of elegance.

Quaker windows and large sliding doors allow natural light to pour in, highlighting the clean lines and classic materials throughout. A rustic outdoor shower connects the home to its natural surroundings, offering a peaceful retreat just steps outside.

An advanced water system with two wells serves both the home and its expansive grounds. Every detail of this home—from the materials to the mechanicals—was chosen with intention. It’s a modern farmhouse that doesn’t just look good—it lives well.
